Surprised by the high rating. Unhygienic equipment and methods, waxing room was messy and not cleaned (I was the first client of the day, which means it was left dirty for more than just that day). The “esthetician” came in to work the minute of my appointment, hair a mess, looking like she hadn’t slept or was on something, strange behavior that made me uncomfortable. I felt disgusted to touch anything in the establishment, let alone be waxed in it. Horrifying experience. Do not recommend.
