Trattamento pessimo. Avevo prenotato una cera all’inguine da 18€ e una volta sul lettino mi è stato detto che potevano farmi solo una cera “particolare” da 30€, comportamento scorretto. La signora in evidente difficoltà nell’effettuare il trattamento,ci ha messo 40 min( di solito in 15 finiscono) ed è stato parecchio doloroso. Dubito che abbia ricevuto un qualche tipo di formazione da estetista. Dunque comportamento scorretto e trattamento pessimo. Sconsiglio! Hanno perso una cliente.

I must admit, the product they used for waxing and their service was exceptionally good. I felt no pain at all. Marta was very professional with a good attention to details. She took her time and even removed the ingrown hair. I will definitely go back here when I visit Rome again.
