I came in for highlights and I ended up with a dark colour extraction treatment, which wasn’t entirely effective. I’ve had this done in other salons here in Italy and I have had exactly what I wanted. I left feeling more than irritated that I came in hoping for a colour change and I got a slight colour lift and in the main it was only at the roots of my hair. However, I’m sure their other treatments are of the highest standards.
