Villager level of manicure 1 poor choice of colors 2 very slow: took 60 minutes to just file first 6 fingers 3 same nail file (as well as other tools) for all customers 4 color is applied in different directions, creating a wrong texture 5 not whole nail is being colored, no attention to edges 6 very small and not equipped place 7 a very weird guy interrupting process each 2 minutes and asking to stop manicure (why?) 8 Pedicure was not provided at all! Because they spend whole 2 hours to make manicure only and said they don't have time anymore After 2 hours they still didn't finish and demanded me to leave. So I left with unfinished nails. Couldn't expect this from Milano. But this is not just a bad manicure but also a bad attitude to clients. Probably they should stop with nails and focus only on hair. This can't be a normal level for Milano. Definitely not recommended.
