Awful experience. There were hairs in the oil in the bowl (I had to ask for the hairs to be removed and the bowl to be cleaned). The massage was supposed to last 50 minutes, but ended after 40 minutes (and then I was told I could rest for 5 minutes). The massage itself was mediocre, definitely not worth the Eur. 80 that I paid. I complained politely at the end and was treated really rudely by the masseuse (she also asked me, referring to the fact that I had noticed hairs in the oil bowl, if when I go to other people's houses I go and check their kitchen to see if it's clean........like, seriously?). The manager (I believe) arrived at the end of the discussion to apologise, which is perhaps the only silver lining of an otherwise really unpleasant experience.

la ragazza era gentilissima ma la postazione era improvvisata (un lettino che fungeva da tavolo), la pulizia da smalto è stata approssimativa, tutto piuttosto lento. non mi è sembrato un servizio professionale.

Spa piccola ma molto accogliente, provvista di sauna finlandese, bagno turco e piccola piscina. Personale gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo!

Ambiente molto pulito e rilassante, ceretta eseguita con delicatezza anche se non perfettamente, personale gentile e professionale.
