I arrived on a very busy afternoon, but the staff still managed to see to my needs. I am very picky when it comes to having a haircut (I've been to the same hairdresser for years, but I relocated to another house, 3 hours away from the beauty parlor so I was desperately looking for a new one). Situated in Torre Maura neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the subway, it's a small neighbourhood salon, with professional AND friendly staff. Marco cut my hair to my exact specifications and, despite my fear that he would get frustrated with my demands, he was very open and patient. Another point for him not forcing me into small talk. I'm a very reserved person, so I'm uncomfortable with small talk, but he was very obliging and did his best to make me feel comfortable. So fear not introverts, he's cool with silence. Deborah washed and styled my hair. Despite being visibly tired, she still smiled and did her job like a professional. She was also incredibly respectful when I asked her not to use unnecessary hair products like hair spray. All in all, good pricing, awesome staff, easy to find location. My only advice would be to not go when you're busy or during busy hours, because you might have to wait a bit for your turn. Otherwise 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
