The first visit, Vincenzo was fantastic- great cut and blonde color. I was so excited to return.
The second time- horrible cut. He was supposed to layer soften out my straight cut a bit and gave me the most blunt, uneven layers: exactly two layers. One thick choppy one in the front 7 cm of my hair, 6cm higher than the end of my hair. It does not blend and is uneven: a touch longer in the front even. Horrible and will need to be fixed at another salon. He did the cut quickly before he left and I feel was totally unfocused. The rest of the services and the salon are amazing, but this cut truly ruined my hair and damaged my confidence.
