My nails are not smooth , some only have one coat of polish so the color is thinner than the others. The dryers messed up the polish. They ever very annoyed that I only speak English and made that very clear

Staff were friendly and flexible. My cuticles were cut with good technique. But after the manicure, I noticed the stylist only wiped off the metal tools with acetone and put them back in the desk. This made me question they would be sterilised before the next use and worry that they had not been sterilised before being used on me, I also asked for a pointy shape, but she made my nails round. I had to correct the filing, which was very uneven.
