I really didn’t understand what happened to this salon this time. I have been here 4-5 times and always was satisfied about the quality of procedures. But this time it was awful. First of all I had a face cleansing and I could easily feel the smell of cigaretes on my cosmetologist hands. It IS DISGUSTING!!! Secondly, no one asked my permission if I want a second person to be in my room and to watch how the hall procedure was done. I don’t know maybr that girl was learning or smth but I didn’t like that because I couldn’t fully relax. Also she was a little sick. So she had a flu and blowed a nose in the same room at the time of procedure. Thirdly - that was absolutely incorrect I still can’t understand how did it happened but she finished the procedure 20minutes earlier. My procedure was face cleansing with hands and feet massage. So ok I understand if you finish the cleansing earlier and you do not have what to do you can massage hands or feet longer. Because the massage she gave me was more like touching not massaging. And also they are showing the wrong time on their receipts. The time on receipt was 4minutes later than in present moment. So I trully didn’t understand what happened that time. I definitely didn’t enjoy my time at this place. I still have an appointment this week booked for a pedicure and I am going to visit it. But definitely not making any reservations again. Because my time is very expensive and there are lots of places i can spend my money in milan rather than picking this place. Also the staff hardly speaks english. I wasn’t even able to say something about my unsatisying experience.
