I had booked a treatment for threading of the face. However, the beautician who helped me told me that "viso" concerned only the lower half of the face (excluding the eyebrows) and that this was explained on the Treatwell website. I still have not been able to find this description. Moreover, the treatment is more than twice as expensive as just an upper lip or chin. I have had my whole face threaded in different countries and this has cost me between EUR 15 and EUR 25. Therefore, I am sorry for having to say that I find the description misleading and the treatment highly overpriced. From the start, I noticed that the beautician worked quite slow. When she finished, there were still quite some hairs left but she said that she could not take them without possibly cutting my lip. I found this strange as I have not had this issue before but I did not want to give her permission to possibly leave a cut. I let it go but she just kept talking about it. Her attitude during the whole ordeal was very defensive. For a spa that calls itself luxurious, the reception was far from ideal. I had to wait at the lobby of a gym. At no point was I offered even a glass of water. Once I was received, I was rushed to a cabin and I had to pass through a pool area that smelled.

La struttura è accogliente e attrezzata, il personale molto cordiale, forse risulta scomodo passare attraverso la sala sauna per arrivare alla stanza dei trattamenti, ma è un dettaglio poco importante. Mi ritengo complessivamente soddisfatta.
