Prenotato un giorno prima con massima disponibilità. Situato in centro,dietro al duomo. Sono stata accolta da Sara, che si è dimostrata attenta, precisa e molto gentile. Ceretta inguine ben fatta in poco tempo senza dolore. Co tornerò al prossimo strappo!

Awful experience. There were hairs in the oil in the bowl (I had to ask for the hairs to be removed and the bowl to be cleaned). The massage was supposed to last 50 minutes, but ended after 40 minutes (and then I was told I could rest for 5 minutes). The massage itself was mediocre, definitely not worth the Eur. 80 that I paid. I complained politely at the end and was treated really rudely by the masseuse (she also asked me, referring to the fact that I had noticed hairs in the oil bowl, if when I go to other people's houses I go and check their kitchen to see if it's clean........like, seriously?). The manager (I believe) arrived at the end of the discussion to apologise, which is perhaps the only silver lining of an otherwise really unpleasant experience.
